Robotic Paradigm Systems is a small, family-owned company, based in Huntsville, Alabama. Our team members have very strong technical backgrounds as well as vast experience in developing complex systems.
 

Tim Coddington, a Computer Engineering graduate from Auburn University, has over 30 years experience in both software and hardware system development. His experience spans commercial avionics, military command and control, missile tracking, and military equipment robotics. Tim specializes in development involving real-time systems, embedded, safety-critical, performance assessment and tuning, object-oriented methodologies and UML, as well as the application of software engineering tools and software architecture.

 

Lynn Coddington Gilbert, also an Auburn graduate in Computer Engineering, has a wide range of consulting experience from her career at Accenture and Predictix. She has worked in several retail functional areas from replenishment and demand forecasting to assortment and space optimization. Lynn has also developed sales force automation tools and online ticketing systems. Lynn has spent much of her career working on international teams to add value to each customer she serves.
